It all started when…

A five year old kid, moved from one side of the world to the other, and started spending his days with his Pop, poring over the pages of National Geographic. I fell in love with the art of visual storytelling, and at 17, I bought my first real camera. I spent the next couple of decades working as a commercial pilot, but my camera was never far from my side. Then in 2012, I hung up my wings, and decided to turn my passion into my career. I shot my first solo wedding in early 2013, and have never looked back.

I love photographing people and telling their stories. Alongside wedding photography, I also do portraiture, and whenever possible get out on the street with my camera for a day of street photography and coffee. I have had a few exhibitions of my personal work, including a major exhibition “Faces of Emotion” at the Burnie Regional Art Gallery, and in 2018, was the AIPP Tasmanian Professional Wedding Photographer of the year.

I live in North West Tasmania, with my wife, two daughters and two dogs, and continually test all of their patience with my ever present camera.
